Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, its complexity with floral aromas stands out; the white flowers (gardenia, lily) together with citrus touches stand out in all their fullness. Mineral notes are added to the organoleptic fan, thus expressing the whole personality of the "terroir". Smoked, vanilla and subtle caramel touches finish with perfect homogeneity.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth with the elegance that characterizes all the wines from this winery. It is presented with marked citrus notes that give it a very lively and marked acidity, smoked aromas via the retronasal route, and a perfectly integrated barrel.

We have before us a wine of very good complexity. With body, density and a good range of aromas. Perfect with ceviches to counter its acidity, Mexican cuisine (the same for the complexity of flavors) and Asian cuisine.

White Stones "Piedras Blancas" is the name of a small plot of the Adrianna vineyard. Its name refers to the composition of the soil that has abundant presence of white oval stones, covered with gravel. Stony soil prevents deep root growth, providing optimal drainage conditions. This soil, poor in organic matter, helps the vines to better withstand stress conditions.

Fermentation: 100% in 225-liter French oak barrels and 500-liter French oak roll-fermentors.
Max. Temp. Fermentation: 16ºC for a period of 45 to 95 days.
Aging: 12 to 16 months in oak barrels with battonage regime
