Yellow color with golden reflections, and where it is cloudy due to not being filtered.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is a complex Xarel·lo full of nuances. Aromas of honey and nuts, on a spicy and balsamic background. It should be noted that the fruit is on the second side, as evidenced by the notes of apricot and pear jam.

TASTE:

On the palate with the freshness and acidity we could expect from a Xarel·lo. Concentrated, unctuous on the palate with sweet and fleshy tannins that will make it a real delight to be able to taste it. Long and persistent finish.

Due to its structure and complexity, it invites you to sunbathe. Ideal to share with the curious and wine lovers. Recommended to accompany Japanese dishes.

Xarel·lo from the Can Mayol estate, located 250 meters above sea level. Manual harvesting in boxes, where the healthiest grain is chosen and treated with care and respect. Fermentation for 4 weeks in deposits with the whole grain with the skin of the grape. It then proceeds to rest in 720-liter clay amphorae for three months. With wild yeasts, without added sulfites, and where no treatment or clarification has been subjected. Natural wines are made with great work in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the cellar.
