Colour

Pale yellow in color, with fine and persistent bubbles.

AROMA:

Ripe white fruit on the nose, with fruity notes perfectly integrated with the natural tertiary tones from its aging.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is light and refined. Dry, inviting another sip, with pleasant and fresh bubbles.
Long and persistent finish.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
A long-aged cava made from the traditional DO Cava grape varieties such as Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel·lo. Artisanally crafted using the traditional method. A fresh and very fruity Brut Nature cava. Terrer de la Creu Brut Nature is produced by the producer Terrer de la Creu.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
