Colour

Pale yellow color with golden reflections, it has a splendid effervescence with rosaries of very fine bubbles that form a crown.

AROMA:

Tropical and citric notes stand out with a toasted background.

TASTE:

Fleshy, long and complex, notes of pastry and tropical fruit predominate.

Ideal with vegan cuisine. It also harmonizes very well as an aperitif as well as accompanying various dishes of international cuisine. Especially suitable for rice, processed vegetables, smoked meats, soft meats, pasta and fish.

Service temperature from 6 to 8º C.

COVIDES Viñedos - Bodegas is the 1st 1st grade wine cooperative in Catalonia in terms of volume and the average annual harvest is about 24,000,000 kg of grapes.

To achieve this average harvest, Covides has some 650 active members who cultivate around 1,900 hectares spread over more than 50 municipalities, including Alt, Baix Penedés and Garraf.

Of the 25 million kilos on average, 85% correspond to white varieties ( Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada and Chardonnay) with which they make the wines that they commercialize under the DO Penedés and Cava.

Covides has 3 wineries ( S. Sadurní, S. Cugat Sesgarrigues and Vilafranca del Penedés ) to enter the 25 million kilos of its members and produce the corresponding white, rosé and red wines.


ELABORATION:
The best organic farming grape plots of the Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties have been selected. Its production, second fermentation in the bottle and long aging has been as careful and natural as possible to enjoy this organic reserve brut cav
