TASTING NOTE
Colour

Golden yellow, amber edges. Perlage delicate, soft, slow climb. Crown formation on the surface of the glass.

AROMA:

Evolved, complex, intense. Notes candied fruit, baked apple, pineapple in syrup, toast, vanilla and hints of smoked nuts.

TASTE:

Sleek and powerful attack. Excellent remember where in the mouth and candied fruit notes noble evolution. Long and structured.

MATCHING
This Champagne could merge with fish dishes, prawns and lobster Palamos Menorca. Surprising pairing with oysters au gratin with apple vinaigrette reduction.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck July 16, 1785 in Reims, Heidsieck name was combined with the Piper name in October 1839. In late 1980, Piper-Heidsieck became part of Rémy Cointreau group of wines and spirits, and was sold in 2011 to EPI (Européenne de Participation Industrielle), a privately owned French luxury brands. Currently produces around five million bottles of Champagne a year.

strong>Champange is the most recognized among the sparkling wines and is elaborated in the “Champagne” region, on the northeast of France. A.O.C are the acronyms of “Apellation d’Origine Controlle”, that correspond to the Spanish regulation “Denominación de Origen Controlada Española”. Champagne is the further northern region on wine production with a surface of 33.500 hectares and an annual production of 260 millions of bottles.
