Yellow with golden tones. String of fine bubbles and constant.

Aromatic complexity, sophisticated, elegant, clean and delicate. Notes frosted citrus, white flowers wilted and butter. Mineral with notes of dried fruits.

TASTE:

Creamy, with carbonic structured well integrated. Notes candied fruit and spices such as vanilla. Final balanced with good acidity. The top wine of the winery, always under the famous name of Belle Epoque.

We recommend merging with seafood such as oysters and clams, baked fish or little spiced white meats.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Champagne made from 2 Chardonnay parcels of Côte des Blancs (Marne, France) and aged in bottle 8 years.
