TASTING NOTE
Colour

Charming yellow, crystalline and sharp.

AROMA:

The first nose reveals an impression of a unique vegetal, a world of aquatic aromas, with hints of spice and white flowers. In the evolution in the glass we can notice aromas of charcoal and peat.

TASTE:

In the mouth, the attack is direct, as a prelude to fleshy that it presents us in their advance on the palate. The notes of anise and ginger glide by dry skin aromas of fruit (pear and mango). At the end of mouth it spreads and is leaving an aftertaste quiet and mature.

MATCHING
Perfect to accompany starters not very heavy, like caviar, high quality seafood (lobsters), tempura scallops, and generally, exclusively dishes.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Moët et Chandon belongs to Louis Vuitton Moet Henessy group. Is the most consumed Champagne brand in France and the world, well ahead of its closest competitor. It also owns a vineyard of 500 hectares in production and, at the same time, a mythic name of Champagne, the monk Dom Perignon. Since the late nineteenth century, has adapted to the new era with the creation of a pilot center and graft in 1895, a remarkable development in the research sector in the 80s and the most technologically advanced wineries by now. What is the cause of success? A regular quality from crop basics, the brut imperial, to the proud "Dom Perignon".

The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
