Colour

Pink salmon, gilt edges. Fine and persistent bubbles. Detachment slow formation of the crown.

AROMA:

Highly aromatic, clean complex. Candied red fruit notes dominate (raspberries, sloes), dried flowers and vanilla. Fund roasted and smoked.

TASTE:

Structured, round, elegant. In the mouth excellent creamy. Finish notes evolved, long and expressive. In short wonderful.

MATCHING
For a day with good company and fine cuisine. Highlights cooked seafood stew or type zarzuela.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
