Colour

It presents a very pale straw-yellow color, clean and bright. Its bubbles are extremely fine and persistent, with a delicate bead that rises vertically to form a soft and well-defined crown on the surface.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is a wine of great purity and subtlety. Aromas of fresh white fruit (tart apple) and Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, fennel) stand out, accompanied by a clearly mineral and saline background, typical of the limestone soils of the Garraf. The aging notes are very elegant, slightly reminiscent of nuts and fresh bread.

TASTE:

The palate is direct, dry, and very vertical. It features a fresh entry with carbon dioxide that melts delicately on the tongue. Its structure is slender yet full of character, highlighted by a vibrant acidity and a markedly mineral and persistent finish that invites you to keep drinking.

Its great purity makes it ideal for pairing with raw or lightly cooked seafood, such as oysters, fish tartare, or sushi. It also pairs perfectly with salt-baked fish, mild goat cheeses, and all kinds of select appetizers. It is an ideal sparkling wine for those seeking a gastronomic and non-cloying profile.

Made with the traditional blend, its uniqueness stems from the Garraf Massif, where the vines grow among rocks on fossilized marine soil.
