TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Very transparent yellow color with a medium size bubble. Persistent carbon, develops a uniform and constant perlage. Nice to look at.

AROMA:

Good intensity, aromas that denote a young and fresh cellar, Explosion of fruits; apple, peach, grapefruit. A clean and very well prepared cava.

TASTE:

Very good entry, fresh, very well balanced acidity, very well integrated carbon. Minimal aniseed sensations, and very subtle memories of yeast. Persistent in the tract - retronasal.

MATCHING
A whole cellar to discover with an infinity of dishes. Infinitely versatile and ideal with a glass of snacks.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”.
