Warm yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright. Fine bubbles that form continuous rosaries and a persistent crown that indicates good fermentation in the bottle.
On the nose, soft notes of toast appear interspersed with stone fruits: peaches and nectarines on a background of brioche and dried fruits from the long aging on lees.
Very complex, with elegant notes and an aromatic breadth that improves with time in the glass. It is broad, complex, balanced and creamy.
