Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Pale pink color with grayish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, despite being a pink onion skin, it stands out for its aromatic intensity, thus providing the unmistakable notes of red fruit, where cherries, raspberries, currants and pomegranate stand out.

TASTE:

Very lively entry into the mouth, where the acidity merges with a perfect blend with its freshness. A fresh, long and persistent wine.

Wine that pairs brilliantly well with appetizers, cold cuts, grilled white meats and fish.

The berries are gently pressed thanks to the pneumatic presses, thus avoiding the extraction of tannins. Decanted grape juice before the start of alcoholic fermentation. Temperatures maintained between 16 and 18 ° C throughout the fermentation, lasting between 10 to 14 days.
