TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright. Salmon color with ruby reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

In the nose, it presents very good intensity of ripe fruit, where it is perfectly matched with notes of white flowers, spices and very subtle mineral touches.

TASTE:

Good complexity and full body, but with a lightness and elegance that do not leave indifferent.
Fantastic balance between acidity and freshness, where the most expressive flavors of ripe fruit and citrus notes come together. Long and persistent finish.

MATCHING
Its light and good acidity makes it the perfect companion for appetizers, grilled meats, grilled seafood, fish and more complex fruit salads.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The grapes are harvested manually, then subjected to gentle pressing. The must obtained is macerated in contact with its skins to cold temperatures. Fermentation is made in stainless steel barrels for a period of 25 days. The wine is aged in stainless steel barrels for a period of 4 months. Finally, the wine is bottled.

Wines rosés designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
