Colour

pale pink, clean and bright.

AROMA:

Of remarkable intensity, very aromatic, fruity character, wild strawberries and cherries predominate, with very light citrus touches.

TASTE:

A sweet sensation and just and adequate acidity. Wine easy to drink, friendly, suggestive.

Ideal with fish (sea bass in salt), Mediterranean cuisine, French ( chicken in Provencal ), salads with combinations of fresh fruits, example watermelon with mozzarella.
