TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, shiny, beautiful pale salmon pink color.

AROMA:

Very intense, fruity character with pleasant floral notes. Delicate, fine, very subtle aromas of currants and lilacs. In the background, tropical fruit notes.

TASTE:

Smooth entry, good acidity very well integrated that prolongs the freshness on the palate. Medium long. Fresh. The fruity aromas remain.

MATCHING
It pairs well with cold meats, veal escalope, grilled pork. Dishes prepared with potatoes and/or mushrooms. Quiche Lorraine. Very good with rice and pasta in general. Tomatoes or zucchinis.
