Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry red color with violet reflections, presents a layer of medium intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

First contact with the glass where all its freshness is perceived with all its frankness and sincerity. Absolute fruit explosion, where plums and blackberries with hints of currant are expressed

TASTE:

Entrance in the mouth wide and sweet, provided by its load of fruit. Tannins are perceived with intensity but very well integrated. Long and balsamic aftertaste, with a persistent finish contributed by its acidity.

They are harvested at night and with their own machine in order to preserve all the qualities of grapes. Production and fermentation of the varieties separately at a controlled temperature of 16º with commercial yeast. Work of lees to give body and creaminess to the whole. Clarification and careful filtration to preserve the character of the wine. The harvest of 2019 has been a good campaign, as the balance between temperatures and rainfall has been well adapted for a good ripening of the grapes. We have had a rainfall of around 500 ml and temperatures that only climbed higher than in other years during the months of June and July, due to two major heat waves.
