From the sensations that we perceive at moments of our journey through the world, and in keeping with our philosophy that great wines must start from a large vineyard and must maintain the identity, character and purity of their origin, we We started up to create an exceptional wine that would not stop growing and evolving over time. 'Sierra Cantabria CVC' is the definition of a vineyard in time, with an average of 70 months of aging.
We chose from a large old vineyard quite exposed to the north to provide the freshness and acidity essential for long aging and intense life. 'Sierra Cantabria CVC' is born from the Sant Pelayo estate of 1.49 hectares, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, on the side of the new Vinyes Serra Cantàbria winery. We started to make and brew this wine thinking about getting a wine that was able to maintain all this character, complexity, elegance and unique identity in time.
'Sierra Cantabria CVC', is the tradition linked to the authenticity of a vineyard.

This wine is the three-year 2008, 2009 and 2010 collection.
The 2008 vintage is fresh, a wine with a nerve and less structure.
The vintage 2009, on the other hand, is warm, the wine is powerful, with body, glyceric, of overwhelming complexity and that from the first moment when it was united in 2008, the union showed a greatness far superior to that of each separately, as if it were a puzzle.
Finally, in 2010 is the vintage of the balance that when coupled with the other two, it is a unique wine of a purity, complexity and finesse that make it unforgettable.
The average aging of the three years has been 70 months.
