Red cherry colour with violet rims.

AROMA:

Aromas of red berries from the Tempranillo that combine well with the fruit of the Garnatxa.

TASTE:

With rounded tannins and silky texture. The absence of any oak gives the fruit full freedom of expression.

Cured cheeses, stewed red meats, all kinds of fatty fish, sea and mountain rices

A young and carefree wine, made with the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Garnacha. An ideal red wine to serve cold during summer evenings or accompany white meat dishes or salads. Harvest and manual selection. Fermentation of 10 days at a temperature of 23ºC with 5 days of maceration. Soft clarification, cold stabilized and filtered slightly before bottling.
