Scarlet red with hints of amber, good coat.

AROMA:

Red fruits, Black (plums), chocolate, sweet notes (nutmeg). High aromatic power, concentrated, complex. We recommend giving a brief oxygenation, since it will open more aromatic nuances.

TASTE:

Tasty, fresh, well-built, we appreciate floral flavours, violets and Chinese ink. With polished and very fine tannins, leaving lactic and creamy sensations in their passage through the mouth. Long lingering finish, reminding us in the sweet aftertaste Alter Eight.

Ideal with dishes of an average taste power, for a fully enjoy of all the taste sensations. It’ll accompany grilled red meats, duck à l'orange or roast duck breast, cheeses (semi-dried or cured).
