TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections, where it has a medium layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, aromas of black and red fruit merge with more subtle notes of herbs, balsamic and light toast from its aging.

TASTE:

Entry in the mouth where the sweet and very gluttonous tannins are squeezed out. Balanced, fresh and persistent.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
In his tireless search for balance between origin, selection and aging, the Marquis of Burgos ascends to the sky in his balloon to enter the vineyards. Calm, calm and powerful, this wine expresses the authenticity, intensity and elegance of 25-30 year old vineyards subjected to great thermal contrasts. Only selected grapes are harvested to make this wine. Subsequently, it is aged for 14 months in new fine-grained French oak barrels and refined in the bottle for 12 months.

Ribera del Duero is one of the most important wine-growing regions in Spain, is located in Castilla y León and embraces a part of the Duero basin. Limited in the east by the town of San Esteban de Gormaz and in the west by Quintanilla de Onessimo, Ribera del Duero has a surface of 21000 hectares and an annual production of barely 56 million of liters.
