TASTING NOTE
Colour

Cherry red with violet reflections.

AROMA:

High aromatic intensity, with primary aromas young and fresh. Notes of wild red fruit (raspberry), black plum with spicy pepper from Jamaica.

TASTE:

Tasty wine with good structure. Notes of fruity grape, light hints of Mediterranean herbs and flowers. Pleasant persistence in mouth and long aftertaste.

MATCHING
Young wine with a slight aging in oak barrels, high power taste and very natural. So goes well with fresh food. Vegetables (fresh salads and seasonal combinations of nuts, raisins pine nuts, pistachios), grilled vegetables (asparagus, onions), an excellent with grilled meats (veal, beef, lamb ...) and fish (tuna, sardines).
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Defined as a Mediterranean wine for the power and freshness that provides us with a touch of fun, playful and "malcuat". A modern wine a wine of sun.

Wines reds designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
