TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections and where it has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

In the nose you have to have a little patience in favor, as it appreciates a few minutes of oxygenation before. Aromas that are expressed sincere and direct, and where the red and black fruit is, we doubt, the protagonist. Followed by subtle aromas of undergrowth and vegetables.

TASTE:

Mouth in mouth where it is fleshy and very well structured. By mouth with tannins that blend perfectly. A wine that seeks to be the expression of vinified varieties.

MATCHING
A wine with good gastronomic versatility, as long as it is not a very strong dish in terms of taste. Carpaccios, assorted salads, sautéed pasta with mushrooms and even, perfect with grilled blue fish.
