TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Garnet color with ruby reflections, where it has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose is very expressive, where the aromas of red fruit (raspberries, strawberries, currants) stand out with strength and character, which are perfectly harmonized with the floral touches.

TASTE:

The mouthfeel is energetic. Of fleshy tannins, with character but balanced, they augur an excellent storage in bottle. Fresh, wide and persistent finish.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Garmón Continental is the third and new winery of the García family, which also owns the Mauro wineries in Tudela de Duero and San Román in Toro.

The new García project is called Garmón, the acronym for the surnames of Mariano García's two sons: Alberto and Eduardo García Montaña. A name that hints at the family and artisanal character of this winery.

From 30 to 100 years in Moradillo (dominant in the production of this vintage), Baños, Tubilla and Anguix with predominantly clayey-calcareous and sandy-clayey soils, and yields between 3,000 to 3,500 kg per ha. Preparation 12 days of fermentation and maceration with indigenous yeast, daily pumping over and temperatures up to 28º.

Aging 18 months in French oak barrels
