Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Dark maroon color, where it has a high layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose there are floral notes, where the violet is the protagonist. Then the aromas of blackberry fruit and wild berries take over the glass along with small hints of toasted coffee.

TASTE:

Entry in the mouth powerful and with present and firm tannins. Velvety and succulent and with a lot of power. Retro-nasal slightly vanilla and spicy.

Perfect with dishes of high gustatory power. Roast pork with barbecue sauce, sausages with cheese sauce, chops, etc ...
