Colour

Cherry colour with orange trim, bright. In good coat.

AROMA:

Aromatic, high intensity. Changing wine which improves after his opening. Ripe black fruit, spicy, fine leather and bay leaf.

TASTE:

Large, velvety, long-haul. Sensations of ripe plum, blackberries, ink, balsamic, but polished tannin. Long, balanced, persistent and enveloping.

MATCHING
Average power came to enjoy it in all its glory we recommend serving dishes with not very strong or strong to not mask their flavour. Superb with undercooked meat, no condiments. Fillet or steak grilled natural wood can be perfect partners. Even with baked fish with light sauces as the "Suquet" grouper or monkfish with potatoes, or hake grilled with roasted garlic cream soft.
