TASTING NOTE
Colour

Intense ruby-colored wine with aromas that evoke nuances of violets, currants, and blackberries.

AROMA:

The attack is powerful and silky with a combination of blackberries, plums, and cherries.

TASTE:

Fruity, floral, and spicy notes well balanced with subtle oak touches that add complexity to the nose and taste. It has a long, pleasant, and persistent aftertaste with great aging potential.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
The two varieties are made separately in small stainless steel tanks. The Garnacha ferments in open tanks with a cold pre-fermentation of two days and alcoholic fermentation between 25º and 30ºC. The Tempranillo is vinified using traditional techniques with controlled temperature fermentation between 20º and 22ºC. The Garnacha undergoes 6 months of aging in American oak, and the Tempranillo the same period in French oak.
