Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with ruby highlights. Medium - high layer intensity. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

On the nose, ripe black fruit expresses its uniqueness. Where it manages to balance in a seductive catalog of spicy notes (pepper, cloves, cinnamon and vanilla), balsamic (liquorice, smoked) and floral notes.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth with firm weight, where its elegance is dressed in expressive and tasty tannins. Finished in the mouth with a certain fullness, balanced with a fruity taste. Wonderfully solid, long and persistent.

Amador Medrano Private Collection is an author's wine made with the best grapes from his own vineyards.
