Colour

Cherry red with medium-high intensity.

AROMA:

Fresh and fruity, blending raspberry nuances with slightly spicy and balsamic notes like violet.

TASTE:

Sweet and smooth character, with marked acidity that provides freshness. A slightly bitter finish balances and prolongs the aftertaste with every sip.

MATCHING
Perfect for pairing with seafood, pasta, rice dishes, and white meats, enhancing every bite with its balance and freshness.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The three grape varieties ferment separately in stainless steel at 22ºC. They are then blended after two of them have aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.
A wine with a free spirit, perfect for enjoying without haste.

Serving temperature: 14ºC

Alcohol: 13.5%
