Full-bodied, structured entry. A very elegant wine that expresses the varietal with great firmness and typicality.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Since its inception, the winery has followed a path strongly marked by its obsession with and respect for nature. The fundamental pillars of production at Achaval-Ferrer are focused on the minimum necessary intervention between the soil and the glass.
Centenary plants that are historical monuments of viticulture, ungrafted, with extremely low yields, located on slopes with excellent sun exposure on the banks of the Tunuyán and Mendoza rivers. Natural, privileged locations, managed to obtain the purest and most honest message that the land can give us.
1/ Specimens that the older they are, the better riches they produce. A transmission of origin that only a wise local can give.
2/ More concentrated, complex and vibrant fruits as a result of using a series of techniques that include pruning and thinning.
3/ During the winemaking process, the message of the terroir is respected and cared for, generating pure wines of great expression.
