TASTING NOTE
Colour

Cherry red color with a good depth.

AROMA:

On the nose, it stands out for its intensity and delicate aromas of red fruits, over a background of elegant toasted and spicy notes, a result of its barrel aging.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is fresh, resulting from its balance of acids, and elegant and fine due to the maturity of its tannins. It has a long and persistent aftertaste.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
22 Pies Crianza 2020 is a tribute to Spanish picaresque, a literary genre full of witty and satirical stories in which wine and winemaking traditions are often featured. One of these stories is illustrated on the label of this Rioja red, where we see the transfer of one of the best bottles from tavern keeper Durán by 11 tiny wine lovers - and thieves of what’s not theirs. We are faced with a fresh and elegant Rioja, yet with a carefree profile, framed within the Locos del Vino project, whose aim is to introduce the most important wine regions of Spain and their unique traits to the general public.
