TASTING NOTE
Colour

New, clean, deep amber gold.

AROMA:

Fragrances of flowers and fresh grass, full of fruit and mineral depth.

TASTE:

Sweet, buttery but not cloying. Harmonic palate where we remember the ripe fruit. Long and sweet aftertaste.

MATCHING
Splendid in desserts like yogurt, cream, or cottage cheese with mango grilled, pears in syrup, baked apple. Perfect accompaniment to foie gras and cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
In 1994, Pablo Eguzkiza and Telmo Rodriguez together with a third winemaker elaborate a wine from Grenache, from old vines in Navarre. The wine was called Anima. So start the project, which originally was called Compañía de Vinos de la Granja, nowadays the name is Compañía de vinos Telmo Rodriguez . This company currently produces wines for all Spain: La Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Toro, Valdeorras, Cigales, Rueda, Cebreros, Alicante and Malaga.

For the Sierras de Málaga PDO, the production area is extended to the entire province, with all its municipalities distributed in seven geographical units smaller than the protected area: Axarquía, Costa Occidental, Manilva, Montes de Málaga, Norte de Málaga, Región montañosa de Ronda and Sierra de las Nieves.
