Colour

Clear, yellow-gold with golden hints.

AROMA:

Intense and refined aromatic profile, with delicate
notes of caramelized fruit and dried apricot, accompanied by
subtle touches of orange blossom.

TASTE:

Sweet and unctuous on the palate with a good balance
between acidity and alcohol, giving a long and pleasant
aftertaste.

Manual selection of the harvest, from our vineyards in the “Pla i de
l’Estació”, characterized by low yields and late ripening. Very light
pressing to separate the must and preserve its authenticity. Vinic
alcohol is added to quench the must and enhance its aromatic expression.
This wine has followed a process never before done, aging for 15
years in a single chestnut barrel to observe its evolution over time. This
unique experiment has resulted in an unparalleled expression, of
extraordinary depth and complexity.
