AROMA:
captivating, complex, enjoyable. Notes figs, raisins, dates, liquorice and even background in pastry.
TASTE:
Structured, dense, sweet but not cloying at all. Its slight acidity will cleanse the palate. Final immensely long finish with fruit pansificada.
MATCHING
Very suitable for blue cheeses, chocolate or vanilla ice cream. Perfect digestive sweet.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
