AROMA:

Powerful and mature, with notes of jam of Apricot and peach dry, with a background of hydrocarbons.

TASTE:

Full-bodied, concentrated and very sweet, intense via aftertaste, with mineral nuances and candied fruit. Long finish with hints of citrus.

Good wine for cheese, ice creams, desserts of chocolate and lemon cakes. We can also take it alone.
Temperature of service 6 °C.

Selection of vineyards of moscatel from 80 to more than 100 years old. Harvesting is manual and in mid-August. The fermentation takes place is made in French oak barrels. Ageing18 months in oak barrels.
The winery Jorge Ordóñez & Co. it was founded in 2004 between the Kracher family of Austria, and the family Ordónez of Málaga. The newest part of this oenological proposal was having entrusted the elaboration of wines in the Austrian winemaker Alois Kracher. His son Gerhard Kracher succeeded him in 2008 to the technical direction. The malagueño Jorge Ordóñez, renowned importer in the United States, is the leader of this original and personal project, and his sister Victoria Ordoñez is responsible for the direction of the winery. The 2010 harvest joins the project Alistair Gardner New Zealand winemaker, attending the technical direction. Alistair is an expert in the development of dry white and collaborates in other wineries of Jorge Ordoñez in Rías Baixas and Valdeorras.
