TASTING NOTE
Colour

Amber with copper glints.

AROMA:

Elegant, opulent, complex. Great combination of the varietal notes of raisin and withered flower with the ageing as dried fruit and cinnamon.

TASTE:

Delicate, dense, balanced. Exquisite palate, reminiscents of raisins, licorice and coffee. Long, sweet finish.

MATCHING
Sublime with crema catalana, also with mixed frutis and ice cream. We suggest combination with "tarta tatin".
WHO CAN CONTRACT
La Casa del Inca, in Montilla, is the former residence of the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, where he wrote much of his literary production.
This wine, selected by Equipo Navazos, is an initiative of Coalla Gourmet as a parallel project to the series ' La Bota de ".
The history of Equipo Navazos comes from the passion shared by a large group of great lovers and of the Andalusians wines. Aware of the treasures that lie hidden in the depths of the bodegas of Jerez, Sanlucar and El Puerto, as well as Montilla and surroundings, is proposed to recover some of these jewels.
