WHO CAN CONTRACT
Founded in 1892. Surprisingly they were the earliest who labeled their sakes with the word "Ginjo". Dewazakura was pioneer in selling it at the 80's, starting a revolution and conquering the whole world of quality sake. They efforts are focused on achieve the maximum quality adopting the latest tecniques in the use of yeast and rice.
Rice notes, purity, even the mediterranean touch, aniseed, white asparragus juice, water pear and pineapple in syrup. Elegant and harmonious. Fleshy and dry, light with certain body. End of cotton.
Suitable with all the japanese gastronomy but also with seafood, grilled or baked fish or smooth foods.
