A carefully selection based in the olive "Arbequina", completed by oil of "picual" from Navarra. The Arbequina oil comes from olives of our area and the extraction is also don in our mill. Picual oli is originary from Navarra, where the climate is very similar, fact that allow not to use plant protection products. This oil search the stability given by the picual and the freshness of the arbequina. It has the characteristic tomato smell from picual.
