The Magellan Gin is a premium gin distilled in France i owes its blue color to the presence of iris root. Its preparation and after the fermentation of wheat, is holding a craft triple distillation, the 11 botanicals (juniper, clove, iris, pepper Ethiopia, licorice, cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel, cassia, coriander and nuts are added nutmeg), and ending with a fourth distillation. Its name is a tribute to Fernando de Magallanes, who went around the world in search of spices.
