WHO CAN CONTRACT
Distilled in England by prestigious distillers with more than one hundred years experience, Jodhpur is conceived as a London Dry Gin, for which all the distillation obtained from the macerates of 13 different aromatic plants is bottled with the full aromatic integrity achieved by the use of traditional stills.
The formation of the aromatic stage in our product features, among others, the following aromatic plants: angelica from Saxony, angelica from Belgium, bitter almond, coriander from Bulgaria, coriander from Morocco, cassia bark, juniper berries, lemon peel, liquorice root, orange peel, grapefruit peel, ginger.
Each one of these plants is responsible for providing the end product with notes of bitterness, freshness, sweetness, herbal aroma, citric sweetness, spices and perfume, which are integrated into a perfect distillation, with an alcohol content pleasant on the palate.
During the production process, Jodhpur goes through four distillations, the last of which is done in the presence of citric macerates for seven days. This fourth distillation is what provides it with the citric personality and character that make it a high-range gin.
