WHO CAN CONTRACT
A good balance of apple-flavoured younger brandies and smoky, spicy aromas, full bodied flavour and lingering taste of older components. Fruit, flower and spice blend
harmoniously on the nose. Long on the palate while remaining light.
Recommended for the trou normand or to accompany a Livarot cheese. Excellent savoured after-dinner.
