On the palate it is harmonious and penetrating, with spicy and quinine nuances and a perfectly balanced alcoholic warmth.

Perfect for relaxed moments, such as an aperitif or dinner with friends. Its intensity provides a great flavor without the need for supplements, but it can be accompanied with orange and olives. It should be served very cold.

It recovers the original formula at the end of the 19th century and ages with the traditional "solera type" system for 5 years.
