AROMA:

The aromatic profile is intense and very complex, but very well integrated and balanced. The aromas of cinnamon and walnuts with a balance between anise and citrus stand out, leaving a very structured background of natural herbs. We can also find the aroma of stale wine.

TASTE:

On the palate it has a soft and sweet beginning, where vanilla and citrus take more importance and at the end the bitter notes typical of vermouth appear. The tasting becomes a journey of sensations from beginning to end.

Appetizers in general; different vegetable chips, salty nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, etc.
Cured sausages such as Iberian ham, longaniza, etc.
Pickles, olives, fried fish such as squid, anchovies, cuttlefish, fried fish. Spanish omelette, etc. Tapas in general.
Ideal for a snack or to enjoy it calmly. The Brun is ideal to enjoy alone or accompanied. It is recommended to serve cold, with ice and a slice of orange.

Origin:
Vermouth made with white Grenache from Empordà, located at the foot of l 'Albera, where the great diversity of the soil stands out, as well as the strong and present Tramuntana that gives it character.

Elaboration and Aging:
Maceration of natural herbs with a lot of presence of the native herbs of the area, complemented with spices that create a very balanced and complex formula. In this formula of more than 30 different herbs and spices, we can find among others cinnamon, licorice, absinthe, ginger, turmeric, tarragon, green walnut, anise stars, citrus fruits and even vanilla.
The base wine that is flavored with herbs is a coupage between Garnacha Blanca aged in stainless steel tanks and a Garnacha Blanca made as stale wine in old casks.
