Amber, with mahogany tones.

AROMA:

The aromatic profile shows the aromatic complexity of all natural herbs and spices. It is intense, complex and balanced. The aromas of fennel, vanilla and nutmeg stand out, balanced with citrus notes of orange and lemon.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is very soft and sweet, where vanilla and citrus take more importance, leaving at the end the typical bitter notes of vermouth.
The tasting becomes a journey of sensations from the beginning to the end.

MATCHING
Appetizers in general; different vegetable chips, salty nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, etc.
Cured sausages such as Iberian ham, longaniza, etc.
Pickles, olives, fried fish such as squid, anchovies, cuttlefish, fried fish. Spanish omelette, etc. Tapas in general.
Ideal for a snack or to enjoy it calmly. The Brun is ideal to enjoy alone or accompanied.
It is recommended to serve cold, with ice and with an orange slice.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Origin:
Vermouth made with Grenache Blanca from Empordà, located at the foot of the Albera, where the great diversity of the soil and the strong and present Tramontana that gives it character stand out.

Elaboration and Aging:
Maceration of natural herbs with a lot of presence of the native herbs of the area complemented with spices that create a formula of more than 30 different herbs and spices. They include, among others, cinnamon, licorice, wormwood, ginger, nutmeg, tarragon, green walnut, anise stars, citrus and even vanilla.
The base wine that is flavored with the herbs is 100% white Grenache aged for one year in stainless steel tanks complemented with a slight touch of rancid wine.

En el perfil aromàtic es nota la complexitat aromàtica de totes le herbes i espècies naturals. Es intens, complex i esbojarrat, però equilibrat. Destaquen els aromes a fonoll, vainilla, nigella i nou moscada amb equilibri amb notes cítriques de taronja i llimona. En boca és molt suau i dolç on la vainilla i els cítrics agafen més importància i al final del tast és quant apareix unes notes lleugerament amargues típiques d'un vermouth. El tast esdevé un recorregut de sensacions de principi a fi.
