Colour

Being an unfiltered natural wine, it is cloudy. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Nice to look at.

AROMA:

Nose with a good explosion of ripe tropical fruit (pineapple, mango) and floral contributions of jasmine. Good symbiosis of varieties and aromas.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is of a magnificent subtlety. Certainly creamy, with an aniseed aftertaste and a very slight hint of bitterness that makes it vibrant and unique. Suitable for vegans.

Tuets winery is a small family winery located in Aiguamurcia, a small village in the Alt Camp area, in the interior of the province of Tarragona. The creator of the wines is Albert Domingo, a young winemaker and owner who, together with his father, has been working on the family farm for several generations, 70 hectares of land located in a privileged place and at an altitude of 500 and 600 meters above sea level.

They make a range of single-variety natural wines to express the maximum authenticity of each variety and terroir. The cultivation of the vineyards is carried out through sustainable and ecological viticulture, where they also carry out the biodynamic principles, of which Albert is a great enthusiast.
Albert's philosophy is zero intervention, manual harvesting, natural wines with local yeasts, vinification with stainless steel without added additives or sulfites, and obviously without filtering or stabilizing.

Els Tuets Tot Blanc is a natural white wine by the author, made with a blend of all the white varieties from the winery, with its yeasts and without filtering.
