TASTING NOTE
Colour

Its golden color is imposing, as well as its density when served. Bright, vibrant and clean.

AROMA:

This Riesling enjoys a very peculiar perfume and an excellent concentration of fruit magnified by an everlasting length on the nose as well as on the palate. It has years of aging so its intensity is as considerable as it is remarkable.

TASTE:

It presents great harmony and aging capacity. It is a dry wine of great class, distinguished, refined, elegant, with ripe fruit and a pronounced minerality that gives it its unique temperament. Its low production of 7,000 bottles per year makes it a very coveted wine by collectors and wine lovers and Riesling in particular. It can reach its fullness after 8 to 10 years in bottle.

MATCHING
It would pair perfectly with haute cuisine, fine fish, caviar and white meats.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Trimbach family is one of the pillars of the history and terroir of the great German shepherd wines since the 17th century. Maison Trimbach began bottling its wines in Alsace with Frédéric Emile, leaving aside the sale in bulk. At the end of the First World War and under the direction of Frédéric Théodore, his son, the base of operations was moved to Ribeauvillé. Today, three generations work there. Hubert Trimbach, the eleventh generation, is its president, and Pierre and Jean, the twelfth generation, play an essential role in its development and expansion. Pierre's daughter, Anne, has recently joined the company. Trimbach's technical vision is a purist one. The winery has always produced wines with structure, long aging, elegance and balance. The winery's location has made it easy to create a unique style in its wines. The vast majority come from different Grand Crus, although the jewel in the crown is the Clos Sainte-Hune vineyard near Hunawihr, owned by the family for more than two centuries.
