Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with gray reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

First contact in the glass where it is present with a more than remarkable intensity, and where the mineral aromas predominate strongly with the notes of white stone fruit. In the minutes, the touches of wildflowers and honey appear with impenetrable elegance.

TASTE:

On the palate with volume and personality, but at the same time with extraordinary simplicity. On the palate fresh, pleasant and very easy to drink.

Cascina degli Ulivi is a farm and winery, Stefano Bellotti not only produces wine, but also raises cattle, makes cheese, grows cereals, fruits and vegetables, what we know as an all-terrain vehicle. It is one of the best examples of what biodynamic philosophy means; the interrelationship between the different elements and living things that coexist in harmony. Bellotti explains that when the vines are grown naturally, they are able to penetrate deep into the soil and feed on mineral salts, which are not only necessary for the survival of the plant, but also provide the true richness of aromas in wines. At Cascina degli Ullivi, each wine has a different history, and where the craftsmanship in making it is an impenetrable philosophy.
