TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow, with greenish reflections, clean and bright.

AROMA:

Good intensity, varietal, nuances of the variety (green apple, fennel, white flowers), very clean and frank, pleasant on the nose.

TASTE:

An excellent entry in the mouth, good journey, long finish. Enveloping, light citrus memories (pineapple, pink grapefruit), soft, young, fresh wine, easy to drink, invites you to continue with it.

MATCHING
With gastronomy, light, soft dishes, vegan (vegetables, vegetables, fruits) . Also with grilled fish, seafood, steamed molluscs. Fantastic with "pica-pica" appetizers, different Spanish "tapas".
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Five generations of winegrowers, at the heart of the Alt Empordà, the Arché Pagès family have cultivated and loved the vine for more than a century. Since 2004, they have produced their own wines with a unique personality.
Making wine in Capmany (Girona) where the property is spread is quite a challenge. The distinction is achieved with absolute control of the entire process. From pruning to harvesting, from the winery to bottling. The sensitive and expert gaze of the family takes care that the product reaches the market with demand and quality.

Elaboration:
100% Macabeu wine. Aged for 2 months in a stainless steel tank with its fine lees.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
