Colour: Clean, limpid and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.
Aroma: On the nose, it is frank, direct and enveloping, characteristics of the same variety. The stone fruit is very present, where the aromas of peach and loquat are those that are most strongly expressed. A wine with very good aromatic power.
Taste: Entry into the mouth with a pleasant passage through the mouth. Very complex, and where very marked notes of tropical fruits are witnessed again. Long, fresh and persistent finish.
It is a wine that with fish is highly recommended. It is fresh, acidic and fruity flavor with the fish harmonizes perfectly. With soft gastronomic dishes, such as a arroz a banda, pasta with vegetables, rigattoni with chicken, etc ...

Pressed in an inert atmosphere and static settling at 10ºC. Controlled fermentation at 13.5ºC. Aging on lees of approx. 3 months (decided by tasting deposit by deposit).
