WHO CAN CONTRACT
It is a young and small winery but with many generations behind it dedicated to viticulture. The vineyards, all of which are classified as organic, are located in the highest part of the Penedès, specifically in the Alts d'Ancosta subzone. Its location is between 500 and 800 meters above sea level, with a large thermal difference between day and night, which gives the grapes a slow, unique ripening and unparalleled freshness, while the "terroir "offers you unique mineral aspects. They produce wines apart from indigenous varieties, such as sumoll, Montonega, Parellada, Grenache Blanc and Negra and foreign wines such as Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot. The commitment of varietal 500 is to give priority to quality through the methods of excellence in both viticulture and vinification. Aged with its skins in 1,000 liter clay amphorae for 6 months.
