TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright clean. Pale yellow color with golden highlights. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose gives off a good intensity of citrus and white fruit aromas (apple, pear), and with small contributions of notes of fennel and undergrowth.

TASTE:

Mouth with a rather accentuated creaminess. On the palate fresh and with an acidity filled with unctuousness. Aftertaste with characteristic toasted notes. Wide and persistent finish.

MATCHING
Perfect companion with slightly fatty blue fish dishes, such as salmon with papillote, tuna with onion or marmitako. Grilled seafood or with sauce (from the sailor or with garlic and parsley) and white meats of simple elaboration.
